Following continued concerns by Little Bushey Community on the flood risk to the site and homes of Little Bushey Lane and Rossway Drive, planning officers are seeking a second opinion on the flood mitigation proposals from deveopers Redrow.
The review will be undertaken by Tetra Tech and as a result, determining the application on 15 January has been postponed.
